What do they all have in common? The common thread is that they anticipate customers’ needs and provide personalized experiences to meet those expectations. How do they do that? Well, they invested a lot in their AI technology gaining a sustainable competitive advantage in the market. That leaves the rest of the small and medium companies missing out on a huge potential by failing to adapt to the new AI reality. We’ve been building this technology for over 2 years now and I’m proud of the impact we’re having four our e-commerce clients. A few months ago we launched the MorphL Shopify app bringing the AI technology closer to Shopify merchants. To setup MorphL, a merchant has to go through 3 simple steps: ➀ Select the ML model they want to use ➁ Connect to the required data-source ➂ MorphL automatically ingests the data, trains the model and generates predictions, which are then pushed to 3rd party platforms where predictive actions can be triggered.
