Why I built Moodfol.io - a faster, smarter trading journal for your emotions and strategies

I ve tried day trading many times over the years - and every time I blew up an account, it wasn t because of my strategy, it was because of my mindset.

Most trading journals out there are slow, clunky, or focus only on numbers. I wanted something that could capture what really drives results - emotions, discipline, and decision-making in the moment.

Hey everyone 👋 I built Moodfol.io after years of trying (and failing) at day trading myself. I’ve been liquidated many times, and I realized that what always held me back wasn’t knowledge - it was mindset. There wasn’t a fast, simple way to log trades and track emotions or strategies in real time. I wanted something that helped traders stay present while trading, then look back and spot patterns in their performance. What makes Moodfol.io unique is its simplicity with depth - it’s incredibly quick to use but still gives you valuable insights. No clutter, no overwhelm, just fast and effective journaling that actually fits into a trader’s routine. This is my first ever Product Hunt launch, and I’m honestly just proud to share something that I wish existed when I was learning to trade.
