Seven-day dinner plans built around the equipment and diet you actually have. It won't suggest a recipe you can't cook — and it won't repeat itself.

Hellooo Product Hunt!
I created Monday's Menu because I kept losing a nightly debate with my kitchen at 6 p.m.
It began as a Telegram bot for my family—two adults and a toddler, Wednesday reserved for the crockpot because energy is low and no repeats from the prior week. Every Sunday it sent a draft, and I replied “approved.” It functioned well enough that I stopped worrying about dinner, so I expanded it.
You receive a week of meals tailored to your household, a grocery list organized by aisle and scaled to your group size, and an assistant that swaps one meal without rebuilding the week.
The natural question is “why not just use ChatGPT.” You can. You will restate your household details each time, it will not recall last week’s suggestions, and you will still convert the output into a list. My wife will not do that. That is the core idea.
