Love the offline focus and the coin-to-real-rewards loop, feels like a chore chart that actually sticks. One thing I'd add is a shared family calendar view so kids can see upcoming Academy challenges and reward deadlines alongside their usual routines, makes the whole thing feel more like a team plan than a checklist.
