Every team we talk to has the same broken loop: requirements live in Word and Excel, work gets done in Azure DevOps, and someone spends their Friday reconciling the two. What's great

What stood out most for us is how much easier it made handing off requirements to a new vendor mid project. Everything was already documented in one connected place, so the new team could get up to speed by reviewing the actual history instead of relying on us to explain everything from scratch in handoff meetings.

What needs improvement

Guest access setup for external vendors could be a little quicker to configure.

We considered just exporting everything into a shared document set for the new vendor to work from, but that would have stripped away all the traceability and history that made the requirements useful in the first place. What impressed me most is how it handled a merger between two teams that had completely different requirements processes beforehand. We consolidated everything into one structure without losing either team's history, and within a few weeks it genuinely felt like we'd always worked this way together.

Bulk import tools for merging data from two separate systems could be smoother.

What genuinely stood out for us is how much it improved requirement reuse across similar projects.
