What stood out most for us is how much easier it made handing off requirements to a new vendor mid project. Everything was already documented in one connected place, so the new team could get up to speed by reviewing the actual history instead of relying on us to explain everything from scratch in handoff meetings.

What needs improvement

Guest access setup for external vendors could be a little quicker to configure.

We considered just exporting everything into a shared document set for the new vendor to work from, but that would have stripped away all the traceability and history that made the requirements useful in the first place.
