I created MindReady as a solution to a major issue I saw growing up and into my professional and Olympic baseball career: not one time was I ever provided any resources to support my mental health and well-being. This is unacceptable. MindReady's mission is to provide quality, affordable, and accessible mental performance coaching and education for athletes, their parents, and their coaches. I welcome the opportunity to speak with anyone interested in supporting the mental health of their athlete or their athletic community!
