I built a baby tracker focused on coordination, not just logging. The real problem: two parents, a grandparent, a babysitter everyone helps but the data doesn't travel with the baby. "When was the last feed?" gets asked a dozen times a day. Milli is a shared real-time timeline. Everyone sees the same data instantly. I also optimized hard for the 2am use case fast, one handed, no friction.

A bit more context on why I built Milli: The original idea wasn’t “I should build another baby tracker.” It came from a very specific pain: baby-care details kept getting lost between people, especially during handoffs between parents, partners, grandparents, or babysitters. Tracking is useful, but only if everyone involved sees the same information at the right time. That’s why I focused on real-time family sync as the core of the app. I’d love feedback from parents, caregivers, or builders who’ve worked on habit/logging apps: What would make a baby tracking app genuinely useful enough to keep using every day?
