I built this for myself. My own medical history was scattered across a dozen clinics — PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, a couple of imaging discs — and no single place held the whole story. Every appointment started with me trying to remember what happened last time.
The problem turned out it was that decades of records arrive in a dozen formats, from a dozen systems, none of which agree with each other. MetawatchPHR assembles all of it into one searchable timeline, charted against clinical reference ranges, with every record traceable back to the document it came from.
The rule I would not bend was that the records never leave the machine. The AI runs locally through LM Studio with your own model. There is no account, no cloud, and no server holding your history — which also means I cannot sell your data, because it never reaches me.
It is free forever. Optional one-time connectors for hospital exports are the only thing that costs anything.
Windows beta today, macOS next. It is early and I would rather hear what is wrong with it than what is right. Ask me anything.
