Most generic meal plans fail GLP-1 users. Appetite drops, protein drops, and muscle can disappear instead of fat. MemoryAisle is built differently. Mira, your AI nutrition companion, creates adaptive daily meal plans based on your body composition goals, current dose, and how your appetite shifts week to week. Save Mira’s suggestions, send ingredients straight to your grocery list, and plan meals around protecting muscle, not just hitting a calorie number.

@kevin_minn Focusing on muscle retention instead of just weight loss feels like an important distinction for GLP-1 users. How does Mira adapt when someone's appetite changes dramatically from one week to the next or after a dose increase?
@nicole_hynek Thanks, Nicole. That distinction is exactly why I built this.
Dropping weight on a GLP-1 can happen fast. The harder part is making sure that weight loss is actually fat loss, not muscle loss, and that’s the part most people are still left to figure out alone.
With appetite swings, Mira uses your dose cycle as the backbone of the plan. You tell her how you’re feeling that day, either by voice or a quick tap, and she adapts in real time.
So on the day or two after a shot, when food feels almost impossible, Mira shifts toward gentle, protein-first, low-effort options: a shake, Greek yogurt, broth with an egg, or anything simple enough to get down without forcing a full meal. The goal is to protect your protein floor, not pressure you into eating a plate you can’t handle.
Later in the week, as your appetite comes back, she scales portions and variety back up.
A dose increase works the same way, just with more caution. Mira assumes a bigger appetite dip, keeps portions more conservative, avoids common nausea triggers, and helps you ease through those first few days until your body settles.
The one thing that never moves is your daily protein target, because that’s what helps protect lean mass. So even on a “I can barely eat” day, the question becomes: what’s the easiest 25 grams of protein right now?
Not “push through a meal.”
Really appreciate the thoughtful question, especially on launch day 🙏
@kevin_minn I really like the focus on adapting to real-world appetite fluctuations instead of expecting people to follow a rigid meal plan. The idea of protecting a protein floor while adjusting everything else around how someone actually feels makes a lot of sense.
I can see how that would be especially valuable after dose increases, when many people are still figuring out what their body can tolerate. Awesome work on this!
