I ve been thinking a lot about this while building MemoFlow.
For me, capturing information was never really the problem. The harder part was everything after that organizing it, finding it again, and turning it into something useful.
Curious what everyone else struggles with most.
I m building MemoFlow around this problem, so I d genuinely love to hear how others think about it.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Gene, the founder of MemoFlow — and I’m really excited (and honestly a little nervous 😅) to finally share it with you today.
MemoFlow started from a problem I kept running into myself:
My thoughts were in one notes app.
Meetings were in a transcription tool.
Conversations in another language needed a translation app.
Text inside photos needed OCR.
And when I actually needed something later… I had to remember where I’d put it.
That felt backwards.
I wanted one place where the whole flow could happen:
Capture → Understand → Create
So I started building MemoFlow.
Today, you can use MemoFlow to:
🎙 Capture ideas with your voice
📝 Write and organize notes
🎧 Record and transcribe meetings
🌍 Translate conversations in real time
📷 Extract text from images
✨ Use AI to understand, organize, and work with everything you’ve saved
But I don’t want MemoFlow to become another app packed with features nobody actually needs.
I want real feedback from people who actually use productivity, note-taking, transcription, and AI tools every day.
If you try MemoFlow, I’d especially love to know:
What feels useful? What feels unnecessary? And what would make you still want to use it a month from now?
Even one brutally specific piece of feedback would help a lot.
Thanks for checking out MemoFlow and being part of the launch. 🚀
I’ll be here all day reading and replying to everything.
