I'm Thomas, and together with my co-founders Cristian and Jose, we've spent the past few years building TuCalendi, a scheduling tool now used by 100k+ people, with a 4.9★ rating on Capterra.
Along the way, we realized something:
Booking the meeting was never the hard part. The conversation was.
Sales reps go into calls underprepared. Founders forget to ask the one question that mattered. Important topics get skipped, and you often realize it during the follow-up, when it's already too late.
So we built Meetfy.ai.
Most AI meeting tools tell you what happened after the meeting. Meetfy helps you while it's happening, when you can still do something about it.
Before a conversation, tell Meetfy who you're meeting, what you want to achieve, and what matters.
While you talk, online or in person, Meetfy listens and privately coaches you in real time. It reminds you about topics you haven't covered, helps you stay focused on your goals, and warns you when the conversation moves toward something sensitive. Tips can appear on screen or quietly through your headphones.
At the same time, Meetfy can record the conversation. Afterward, you get the full meeting, summary, coaching tips, and even photos of whiteboards or documents you captured along the way.
And there's no subscription.
Recording and meeting preparation are free. You only use credits when you actually turn on Live AI Coaching.

We originally built Meetfy because we wanted it ourselves. Today we use it for sales calls, 1:1s, and negotiations, and it has changed not only how we prepare for meetings, but how we listen during them.

One product question we’re thinking about a lot is this: how can an AI be useful in a meeting without becoming a distraction?
A live coach should not try to talk over the conversation. It should help at the one moment where a small prompt can change the outcome.
