Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Alapan, the founder of Medows. I'm not a doctor, but I've spent enough time shadowing them on the ward to see the same thing over and over: on a busy shift a doctor is holding 30-plus patients in their head. Who's crashing, whose troponin is back, what the night team needs in the handover. The EMR is where data goes to be stored, not where a doctor actually thinks. So we built the workspace they wanted, with doctors, every step of the way. Two things make it different: It's a workspace, not a point tool. 🩺 One patient list: vitals with trends, labs grouped and flagged, orders through their real lifecycle (active, awaiting result, resulted). ✨ Drafts the writing they hate: A&P notes, SOAP, handovers, from the actual patient context. 💬 Ask Medows: a consult grounded in the patient and real guidelines (ICMR, WHO, NICE), with inline citations. Love that it lives alongside the EMR instead of trying to replace it. One thing that would make it stick for me: a quick way to flag a patient's social or family history updates from a note draft and push them back to the EMR problem list, so the context actually travels instead of needing to be re-entered later.

Context is only useful if it travels, and flagging a social or family history update from a draft to push back to the problem list fits exactly how we think about handover. EMR write-back is the hard part (very system-dependent), but even a lightweight "belongs on the problem list" flag would cut real friction. Would love to hear how this shows up on your rounds.
