We've had a great experience using this HR management system. The platform is very user-friendly, with a clean interface that's easy to understand even for first-time users. The Document section is quite easy to access where the Employees can get their Payslip details as well as any important documents the Administrator has uploaded.
One of the features I appreciate most is the Leave and Attendance module. It provides a dedicated reason box where employees can clearly explain the purpose of their leave request and also has a option for half-day leaves, making the approval process more transparent and efficient.
The Investments section is another valuable addition, allowing employees to conveniently declare and manage their investment details for tax purposes. It's a practical feature that saves time and keeps everything organized in one place.
There are also Modules for the Employees to check and track their own performance, which is quite usable to keep them alert on what skill they need to focus.
Most of the employees has it hard in claiming reimbursements manually, but The Reimbursements section solves that problem, employees can mention their reimbursements with the purpose for they have made that payments and mention their receipts. All things mentioned in one place makes it easier for the visibily of employees as well as the administrator.
The system is also well organized, with separate sections for different HR activities, so it's easy to find the information or feature you need.
Overall, this is a reliable and well-designed HR solution that simplifies day-to-day HR tasks for both employees and administrators. I would definitely recommend it to organizations looking for an intuitive and feature-rich HR management platform.
Most HR tools I've seen seem geared toward larger companies. What would you say is the biggest difference between MedleyHR and a typical enterprise HRMS?
@devratna_sawaitul I liked your question Devratna - Enterprise HRMS is built assuming you have an HR team. MedleyHR is built assuming you don't.
Nice launch! How long does it typically take for a small business to get fully set up on MedleyHR?
@revalla_jhansi_rani - Hi Jhansi! Pretty quick, honestly. There are about 6–7 setup steps - org details, adding or importing your employees, setting up the salary template, and running your first payroll. If you sit down and focus, you're live within 30 minutes to an hour. No implementation partner needed.
Payroll looks very different depending on where you are.
We're starting with India, where compliance includes PF, ESI, TDS, Form 16, and more.
If you're based elsewhere, what's the most challenging part of payroll or HR in your country?
