Yeah, the setup is the most important thing for the agents to learn and provide you an output you would want according to the brand voice.
The cold outreach agents are genuinely useful, the personalisation feels less spammy than other tools I have tried. Curious to see how the analytics reporting holds up with bigger data sets.
