Great project management, bug tracking, issue tracking and support, along with the information your team needs to make good decisions about what they're building. Integrations with key tools like Slack, GitHub & Trello are free and easily customizable, and search and management features are simple and powerful.
Came in expecting this:
Instead here are a few comments:
- Is this a hybrid of Trello and JIRA?
- I like issues are "Cases" am I a detective?
- The UI it's a bit of a love/hate thing isnt it? THen again I haven't used it yet
- Is this aimed at larger co's ? Cause I'd marry Trello if I could, but not sure if I need all of this "stuff" portrayed in the otherwise AMAZING video!

The site of the service has an interesting design :) But I don't know yet, is there something amazing in the application, in comparison with competitors.
@realrus Something that I'm excited about is our use of Glitch to power the Manuscript integrations with 3rd party apps. So if you want to change something about an integration, you can just remix the app, quickly make changes on Glitch and hook it up. There's a few here already https://glitch.com/manuscript
I can't exactly put my finger on it, but I thoroughly enjoy FogCreek's design both for Glitch and Manuscript. It's so functional but also retro and neat at the same time. I love it.

I use Manuscript, but I don't feel like your video does it justice. The "bug" isn't clear from the screenshot . . . and it's too slow paced.
It's hard to follow, and not clear why the terms "issue" is important versus "bug" or any other word (i.e.: "case").
The fact that JIRA offers a flat $10 fee for 10 developers on a local install, or $10/m makes this a hard sell . . . especially since you hide your free 2-person tier.
I like Manuscript from what I've seen, but a 14 day trial isn't enough time to work this into a team that's already tied to a platform like JIRA.
Overall I recommend it, and I've been using it since it was called FogBugz last year. It's an upgrade from my Google Spreadsheets and less clunky than JIRA (which is awful).
I try to configure for myself, but the site simply does not load in periods, all the elements are very large and there is no possibility to customize the display
