We built Mailthentic because we realized most email marketers have no idea how much budget they're wasting.
Here's the math: if you send to 10,000 emails and 20-30% are invalid or spamtraps, you're throwing away money. Not just on sending costs, also on reputation damage that tanks your open rates for months.
We started verifying lists pre-campaign instead of post-bounce, and it changed everything. Suddenly our clients saw:
Cleaned out a bunch of dead addresses from my newsletter in under five minutes, way faster than the other service I was using. Nice to finally see a clear breakdown of which ones were disposable versus just outdated.
@saniyeljho That speed matters as most people don't realize how much time list hygiene saves when you do it before the campaign goes out.
Glad the breakdown landed well 🙌
Finally tried this on a super messy list I'd been ignoring. Caught like 12 disposable addresses I didn't even know were hiding in there, upload was painless and fast.
@muhammetbelgin that's the whole game as catching those 12 before they hurt your reputation. Glad the process was painless.
This looks great for keeping sender reputation clean. One thing I'd love to see is a bulk API with webhook callbacks so I can verify thousands of emails overnight and automatically flag risky ones in our CRM without manual uploads. Would save our team a ton of time on weekly list hygiene.
@serapzpek3qih this is gold. We're actually mapping exactly this as bulk API + webhooks for real-time flagging into your CRM. Automated list hygiene is where the real ROI is.
Worth a DM to discuss your use case?
Ran a chunk of my list through it and it flagged three addresses I had no idea were disposable. The catch was solid and the report itself was clear.
@seraptc6r Exactly 👏 Those three would've cost you way more than they're worth over time. The fact that the report made it clear to act on is the whole point.
Thanks for shipping this feedback day-one.
Bulk list cleaning is great, but a real-time API check during signup forms would be even more useful so bad emails get blocked before they ever make it onto a list.
@ceylinuhat solid idea. We're mapping real-time API checks for signup forms. Which platform are you using? Would help us prioritize integrations.
