I built Maiev because hiring is broken both ways. Builders send CVs into the void. Teams sift through profiles AI has made easy to polish. And the two signals that are still hard to fake get ignored: code you've shipped, and colleagues who vouch for you.
Maiev is built on those two signals:
- Get ranked: sign in with GitHub and see your rank per skill (Solidity, Rust, security, ZK, AI and more) in seconds, based on your public work.
- Get vouched for: colleagues who worked with you validate your roles, and anyone can heart work they rate.
- Get hunted: verified teams find you by skill and send roles with salary up front. Say yes and a private chat opens. Your current employer can't see you.
Plus every Web3 job in one feed, and builder news with no price talk.
