Hi Product Hunt, I’m Ryan.
I make and sell printed magnets. Every order meant opening a template, placing each design on the sheet one at a time, and then printing. Nothing I tried would do that without me fiddling with templates for every job, so I built MagLab.
MagLab fills sheets and templates in one click. Drop in your designs, say how many of each, and it fills every sheet of stickers, badges, labels or magnets.
• Pick from over 100 ready-made templates, design your own, or bring in a PDF, PNG or SVG template you already use
• Auto-fill lays out every sheet and adds more sheets as needed
• Calibrate each printer once, and MagLab corrects every print after that
• Text, curved text, and address labels from a pasted list or a CSV
• Export PDF, PNG and SVG cut files
Pro adds automation: hot folders (drop files in and they print, with quantities taken from the file name), order feeds, webhooks and a local API. Mine runs on a Raspberry Pi next to my printers and prints my orders by itself.
It runs on Mac, Windows, Linux and Raspberry Pi. There’s a 7-day free trial with everything unlocked and no card needed. After that it’s £9.99 a month for Standard or £24.99 for Pro, with a discount if you pay yearly.
