Finally tried building a quick agent in Hindi and the no-code flow was way simpler than I expected. The WhatsApp handoff is genuinely useful, though I'd love to see better analytics filters.
A solid multilingual setup, especially the Indian language coverage is genuinely useful for the lending and collections space. One thing worth adding would be configurable compliance scripts per region, like consent capture lines and DND checks that auto-adjust based on the language and state being called, so teams don't have to bolt that on separately before each campaign.
I have tried the setup and tried using in multi languages it really responded with a human touch in the whole conversation I didn't feel like I'm talking to an AI agent... The WhatsApp feature also very useful.. I genuinely recommend for the sectors which are working on bulk calls on daily basis this will be a true game changer.
