This text expander has been extremely helpful form its first versions onwards. I am using it constantly and I tend forget how integrated it is in my daily activities. Eg: Sending out an e-mail with a new appointment to a client is a thing I do numerous times a day. I copy the date and type "=na", a full nice email explodes on the screen that includes the date I have copied. An addition is that I can personalize it by including a "name" field. Whenever I repeat an action a couple of times I turn it into a shortcut within seconds. It works like a charm.

I love Magical. I use it every day to create checklists, templates, common greetings and email structures, and even coding. Since Harpaul and the Magical team have come on board in the past year, I've seen this product get transformed into an even more powerful and useful tool, and a huge update to the interface and look. Variables now allow me to personalise my automated text, pulling information securely from other sites, from whatever's on my clipboard, or something I manually add in. The team has already increased the intelligence of the Variables feature, making it more intuitive and assistive. Please give Magical a try today, you'll love how much time it saves you in your day. I've saved over 260 hours of typing, which is over a whole month worth of work. This is definitely my favourite productivity tool. Would love to see the introduction of macros and even predictive text in future versions of Magical. Also a huge shoutout to the Magical team - they have amazing customer service. And to the Magical community - so many great sharings and handy tips.

I am a virtual classroom teacher and my mentor told me about Magical--what a time and LIFE saver! Once I started seeing that I was answering the same questions over and over in email and giving the same reminders through grades feedback, I started creating my Magical shortcuts and so far have saved myself 178.75+ hours! I love that I can enter paragraphs or to-do lists within 2-3 keystrokes. Magical is a MUST-HAVE!

It's great for helping me with repetitive tasks. One problem I've noticed is when I'm filling out a calendly form it wants me to use a magical task, but I don't have one set up for that. And then it gets stuck and I have to reload the form to get rid of it.

Love using Magical with both my teams and when working in my browser. Still getting to know the automations for form filling, would be amazing if it worked from a sheet backwards to forms as well. Overall, extremely satisfied.

I absolutely LOVE this product - and have been using it for the past year. I think one of the best things about it is the balance between a really strong set of features and functionality, alongside how light and un-intrusive the extension is. It quickly just becomes an organic part of how you work, and doesn't change up any of your existing workflows too significantly - it seamlessly melds into your day-to-day.

My experience with Magical has been an overall positive one. However, there are some instances in which the shortcuts did not work properly and I had to enter the information manually anyway. These situations were not the norm, but it wouldn't be an honest review if I'd left that information out.
