now I'm so keen to get started @colinmathews but given the difference in time zones I shall have to be patient. Maybe you need to hook up an automatic invoicing system to the 'add to cart' or is something else coming too with the 'order' ?
@helencrozier Yes!! Much more is coming. Today is literally Lukewarm's first day and I actually was really surprised by it. We didn't do any kind of launch--haha I'm actually on a (rare!) vacation and things just started blowing up. So yeah we'll be building normal credit card processing and a better flow. If you're waiting on me to send an invoice I'm sorry and please hang in there! I'm literally out with my in-laws and trying to keep up with all this stuff without being a super douchebag. Lol
@arturmakly At the moment, that's correct: if we can't find an email address in the description (in plain text or written out) and there's no website listed, our crowdsourcers will see if there's anything they can deduce from their description to lead us to an email, but if we still find nothing we'll mark that as a skipped contact. In my experience, I'm seeing about 50-60% success rate in finding email addresses so far.

This sounds amazing for us marketing folks, but kind of a nightmare for the famous/popular people getting these emails. Wouldn't this be considered spam?
@gnati Good question. We're only able to locate an email address if the Twitter user lists it publicly in their description or on their website, so it's really no different than researching it yourself. It's also up to the person sending the email to ensure they're being compliant -- Lukewarm helps them manually send the email and it comes natively from their account, so it's just as if they had sent the email through Gmail. Thanks!

This is a great product, and it appears to work really well. Is there any chance that there will eventually be a free version of this available?

@crixlet The emails are sent directly from the spreadsheet with the same Google account that you receive the spreadsheet at. You can also send to any of your aliases set up in Gmail.

@colinmathews@weinberg81@crixlet Looking great. I see more companies diving into Google Spreadsheets ( Spreadsheet Booster ). Can you please comment on how you gather the e-mail addresses, or what the percentage of e-mail to account matches is?
