LOYAL/PASS turns loyalty programs into native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Customers add the card once and it updates in real time on their phone: stamps, points or cashback, right on the lock screen. No app to download, no plastic card, no QR-code hunting. Built for brick-and-mortar businesses: cafés, restaurants, salons, gyms and franchise chains. Unlimited push notifications, several ways to award points, gamification triggers and multi-location support. Set up in minutes.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Pedro, co-founder of LOYAL/PASS.
LOYAL/PASS started with a friend who runs a franchise and was still handing out paper punch cards. Customers lost them, staff forgot to stamp them, and nobody knew if the program actually brought people back. We thought: the card should live where people already look 30 times a day. Their phone wallet.
So we built a loyalty platform for brick-and-mortar businesses that runs on native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. No app to download, no plastic card, no QR-code hunting. The customer adds the pass once and it updates in real time: stamps, points or cashback, right on the lock screen.
What’s inside:
Stamps, points or cashback programs, your choice per store
Unlimited push notifications to the pass, at no cost per message
Several ways to award points: staff/cashier entry, receipt scanning (in Brazil we read the fiscal receipt directly from the tax authority), vouchers
Gamification triggers: minimum ticket, member-get-member, campaigns
Multi-location support for chains and franchises
Setup in minutes, no POS integration required
Where we are: launched in April 2026, now 40+ paying locations across 8 states in Brazil, 7,700+ transactions and roughly R$ 820k (about USD 150k) in purchases tracked through the programs. Two of our recent customers found us through Google and AI chats and self-onboarded, which is what pushed us to put this in front of a wider audience.
We’re a two-person product and engineering team, and the whole thing was built with AI in the loop from day one.
Would love your feedback, especially from anyone running or selling to physical stores: what would make you switch from your current loyalty tool?
