Hi Mamas and Papas! My fabulous friend Jenica (also a certified sleep coach) and I have built an amazing app we hope will give you lots of _time_ back! We've both watched friends and family struggle with getting their LO's to sleep on a consistent schedule to be happy, fun babies! The Lovebug app helps you: - Learn about sleep training in thorough yet concise videos 🎥 - Form good sleep habits and set up your ideal sleep environment 😴 - Get to a consistent schedule and keep your entire care team on it 📆 - Get over the notorious sleep regressions 🤮 (yes there are several! 😱) - In-the-moment advice and virtual (email/video) support when you need it! 👩🏻‍🏫 We hope our pricing model will be more attractive than a lot of our competitors -- either they want you to pay $100s for videos 👎 or $100s for sleep training 👎 without any easy tools for actually doing the sleep training 🤬. Our goal was to combine simple tracking + videos + advice in a single place! Hope you find this useful and am looking forward to your feedback!
