Love2D is great for making 2D games in Lua, but testing on iPad has always been painful. Simulators lie, streaming adds lag, browser runtimes change behavior. Love2D Runner compiles the actual Love2D engine for iOS and wraps it in a native app. Select a project, tap Run, see it on real hardware in under 3 seconds. The Lua editor, GitHub integration and on-device AI assistant came later as natural extensions of the same idea: keep everything on the device, keep the workflow fast. Currently on TestFlight. App Store is a grey area for dynamic Lua execution, but if you build with Love2D and have an iPad, give it a try. Happy to answer questions!
