Logo.dev provides reliable brand logos for any company, stock ticker, or crypto symbol. Use it in dashboards, SaaS products, fintech apps, and internal tools. Fast global CDN performance, simple API calls, and smart fallback logos so your UI always looks at it's best.
When Clearbit was acquired, the logo API was put on a shutdown timeline. Today HubSpot is running a 24 hour blackout so teams realize this is happening. A lot of products still rely on it, so for many people this is the first time they’re noticing something is changing.
We didn’t want a core piece of the web to just disappear, so we built Logo.dev as a long term, stable home for logo infrastructure. The goal is simple. If your product needs to display logos, it should be easy and it should always work.
Here’s what we've improved on:
Simple, URL based logo fetching that works in any stack
Fast global CDN delivery so logos load instantly in real UI flows
Automatic fallback logos so you never end up with broken images
Lookups by domain, brand name, stock ticker, or crypto symbol
Logos are updated daily, and you can request updates when something changes
And yes, for most people, this is a free product. We want this to be accessible and dependable for as many developers and teams as possible.
Right now we serve over a billion logo requests per month, and around 25,000 developers are using the API in production.
We know what it feels like when something your product depends on just goes away. Our goal is to provide a stable replacement that stays supported for a long time to come.
We’re here all day. If you’re dealing with broken logos or want help getting set up, just ask.
Thanks for your support, ❤️ Alex and the Logo.dev team
When we built the original Logo API, it was meant as a simple marketing tool - and it ended up taking on a life of its own with a huge user base. In hindsight, it makes sense - no one wants to waste time hunting down or resizing logos.
After the acquisition, we knew it was only a matter of time before it got sunset (which is happening now). So I helped create Logo.dev as a 1:1 replacement, so that thousands of people aren’t left in the dark.
It always sucks when something genuinely useful disappears after an acquisition. Logo.dev is our fix for that. Honestly, it’s also a much better product than the original. We’re already serving over 1B API calls per month! 🚀
We’ve been using logo.dev for a few months and have been loving it. WAY better to add logos for our company avatars instead of the tacky initials you see everywhere.
@illyism Appreciate it Ilias. Couldn't have done it without your amazing intro video. For anyone watching this now, we greatly increased the rate limits since :)

Honestly, I used Clearbit extensively when developing my own products, and when their logo API got shut down, it was genuinely frustrating—it really disrupts a developer's workflow when a foundational service suddenly disappears. Super glad to see you stepping up! Your API design is very intuitive, and the loading speed is excellent. Keep up the great work, looking forward to your future updates!
@liusukui Thanks for choosing us to migrate to Sukui! We wanted to take what worked with Clearbit Logo and iterate on quality and coverage. Still so much to do :)
Super easy developer experience, straightforward APIs, and nice to have options to use as inline html img tag.
Lots of features too, like dark mode and theme support, retina, size, grayscale.
Also the team is great with feedback and feature requests.

Our CRM features utilize logo.dev to build enriched company pages. We were sad at first to see that Clearbit has deprecated their API, so logo.dev was a nice alternative that was hot swappable.
We used Logo.dev throughout Haven’s design work and were impressed by how easy it was to implement. The library is clean, consistent, and the logos look great
