Hey Hunters, it's Dan 👋 Over the last few years, I've launched multiple apps and experienced the joy of reaching users worldwide. But I hit a common roadblock repeatedly: localizing each app. Copying and pasting strings, relying on freelancers, and enduring endless delays made the process a nightmare. So I built LocalizeYourApp for two reasons: - Save Time: Focus on creating and refining your app instead of dealing with tedious translations. - Avoid Headaches: Eliminate out-of-context translations, endless delays, and privacy concerns. My goal is to make localization fast, accurate, and effortless—so you can concentrate on growing your business. I hope this tool will be as helpful for you as it has been for me.

This sounds super useful, Dan! 🎉 Localization can be such a pain point for app developers. How does LocalizeYourApp ensure the quality of translations? Also, is there a specific platform that works best with your tool? Would love to know more!
Dan Vailur
@patriciaharris Hey Patricia! Thanks for your interest! That's a great question! LocalizeYourApp ensures translation accuracy by allowing developers to add the context of their app, which helps the system understand and produce more nuanced and precise translations.

Hey @dvailur, this is so helpful. Translating apps into different languages is always a pain. How does the tool handle string interpolation and does it support Angular apps as well? (I guess because it offers the ability to load i18n files) 🤔 Congrats on the launch 🚀
Dan Vailur
@crebuh Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm glad you find LocalizeYourApp helpful. Translating apps can indeed be a major pain point, which is exactly why I created this tool. Regarding your question about string interpolation and Angular support, LocalizeYourApp is designed to handle string interpolation seamlessly, ensuring that variables and dynamic content are accurately placed in the translated text. I’m not personally familiar with Angular, but if it supports i18n files, LocalizeYourApp should work perfectly for your use case. You just need to upload your i18n files, and the tool will handle the rest! Thanks again for the support, and best of luck with your projects! 🚀

How are you so confident the translations won't be out of context if you're only uploading the strings? I've gotten out of context translations every time I've used a translation service.
Dan Vailur
@jack_michalak Great question! I've been there myself—struggling with out-of-context translations that just don't fit. That's actually one of the main pain points that led me to create LocalizeYourApp. With LocalizeYourApp, you're not just uploading strings; you can also provide context for each string. Whether it's a description, notes, or usage within the app, these nuances are essential for accurate translations. The system takes this context into account, resulting in natural and relevant translations. I built LocalizeYourApp with this in mind to ensure you get high-quality translations without the usual headaches. It's worked wonders for me and I believe it will for you too.

@dvailur Every localization system I've used has included some context for the string. Is there some reason this app would perform better with the same context? On some platforms the translators can ask questions and I can provide additional context or screenshots, is that a thing here?

Hey Dan, I'm curious about the quality of translations. How does LocalizeYourApp ensure accuracy, especially for more technical or context-dependent strings? Do you have plans to integrate with popular development workflows or CI/CD pipelines for seamless updates? Congrats on the launch!
Dan Vailur
@kyrylosilin Hey Kyrylo, That's a great question! LocalizeYourApp ensures translation accuracy by allowing developers to add the context of their app, which helps the system understand and produce more nuanced and precise translations. As for integrating with CI/CD pipelines it's definitely a great idea and something I’m considering for future updates. Thank you for the suggestion!
