Curious: how do you detect “hallucination risk” in practice? Is it based on missing citations / inconsistent facts / schema gaps? And does it output actionable fixes (e.g. which pages need stronger sources or structured data)?

@elevenapril Yes, we do detect hallucination risk based on missing citations, inconsistent facts and a lot more other details. We also provide actionable fixes (basically automating the fixes based on website built on different technology) for all the issues we detect on the website.
