Put simply, if I have an issue with an OSS library/package I am using, the most qualified person in the world to help me debug and solve my issue as fast as possible, is more than likely either the person that wrote it, or someone else who has contributed to the project. This is what LTH is all about. The goal is a win-win for both end users and OSS developers. After much work and feedback. Finally launched a beta. I often had projects in jobs, for myself and for clients that used open source packages that later became deprecated which is a nightmare, or had specific non-documented implementations to struggle with... It's hard to get companies to donate to open source to make things more sustainable, especially smaller packages. This platform is an attempt to bridge that gap. I know from talking to many OSS devs, it's almost impossible to get $5/month from someone... enter LiveTechHelper.
