This is fantastic. I have been toying with the idea of buying a pre-fab 290 sq ft house for a while now, just need to find cheap land in London! Could be waiting a while!

The prices for these are not exactly cheap. There are so many places around the world where you can get a decent size home for this money. If you really want to downshift, perhaps just moving to a place like that is not a bad idea.
