I built Linqent after seeing how difficult it is to consistently grow on LinkedIn. Most people know they need to post regularly and engage with relevant conversations, but doing that every day takes a huge amount of time and quickly becomes repetitive. I wanted to build something beyond a simple scheduling tool. The idea was to create an AI agent that could understand a person's niche, follow what was actually happening in that space, create content in their own voice, and engage in relevant conversations on their behalf. During the launch, the approach evolved from focusing mainly on content creation to building a complete growth loop: discovering trends, creating timely posts, engaging with the right people, and helping turn that visibility into opportunities. The goal throughout was to make LinkedIn growth feel less like a daily task and more like having a teammate working alongside you.
