I built LinkedOut after going through some terrible interviews and workplace experiences myself. It never felt fair that companies could waste people’s time, ghost applicants, or create toxic environments without any accountability. Interviews should be fair, and workplaces should treat people with respect, especially when it’s such a tough world out there for anyone looking for a job. LinkedOut is my way of giving people a place to share their experiences openly, so others know what they’re walking into.
