The game for memorizing German vocabulary (more languages coming soon). Game uses repeated word input and the Method of Loci (Memory Palace) as a map of Germany that you have to conquer. There are both single-player and multiplayer modes. You can learn words together with other people in real time.
Curious how the multiplayer mode actually works in practice. Do players take turns memorizing the same Memory Palace, or is each person working through their own version and you just see each other's progress?

the memory palace approach mapped onto actual German geography is such a clever hook, makes vocabulary stick in a way flashcards never did for me
@alperergel Yeah, thanks! I noticed myself that sometimes I don't even need to look at the English word. Just seeing where the card is is enough for me to immediately recall the German word. It makes the memorization process much easier because I don't have to read the English word first and then think of its German translation. I just type it :)
Love the idea of tying vocab to actual German geography. The Method of Loci twist makes memorizing less rote, though I kept forgetting whether I was conquering Bavaria or just misspelling it.
