The core problem I wanted to solve was: how do you keep a ranking competitive every single day, not just at launch? So I designed the board around three mechanics: free likes from real visitors, paid boosts for people who want to climb faster, and score melt over time so #1 is always contestable. While building, the biggest evolution was trust and clarity. I focused a lot on making actions obvious (view vs outbound clicks), making ownership controls self-serve (edit/delete your own card), and ensuring payment outcomes are reflected correctly through webhooks before points are credited. Would love feedback on two things from the PH community: Does this feel like a fair balance between organic engagement and paid promotion?
