This is a daily game about gratitude. Each day, everyone gets the same prompt to appreciate someone they know and grow their streak. Some prompts will be easy; sometimes they'll have you digging deep in your contacts and reconnecting with old friends!
The amount of gratitude we share — how much we appreciate good things in our lives — is the key to happiness.
I love, for example, when work retrospectives include a round of appreciations of our colleagues for a job well done.
I also love daily games like Wordle. So my thought was to combine this daily practice with appreciating our friends, family and colleagues.
Likely2 presents everyone with a prompt to appreciate one person each day and keep up a streak.
Some days it'll be one you can think of right away, like "think of someone who takes great photographs". Some days it'll be a trickier one that has you digging deeper in your contacts and reconnecting with old friends, like "think of someone who has helped me understand something I never knew about myself".
