Hello Product Hunt! 👋
I’m excited to introduce Libron, an all-in-one management platform built specifically for reading libraries, self-study centres and study halls in India.
Many library owners still manage students, attendance, seats, fee payments and reminders through registers, spreadsheets and separate messaging tools. Libron brings these everyday operations into one clean, real-time platform.
With Libron, library owners can:
🪑 Create halls, shifts and interactive seat maps
📱 Track check-ins and check-outs using QR codes or barcodes
👥 Manage students, plans and subscription expiry dates
💳 Record cash, UPI and card payments and track pending dues
📊 Monitor revenue, expenses, attendance and occupancy
🔐 Assign and manage student lockers
💬 Send WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications
🏢 Manage multiple branches and staff permissions
⚡ See changes instantly across every connected device
Getting started takes only a few minutes. New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial without requiring a credit card, and libraries can continue using the Free plan afterward.
We built Libron to give independent reading libraries the kind of polished operational software usually available only to larger institutions.
We would especially value feedback from:
• Library and study-hall owners
• Coaching-centre operators
• SaaS founders building for India
• Product designers working on operational software
Please explore Libron and let us know which workflows or features you think we should improve next.

A QR attendance feature is great, but it would help a lot to also let parents view their child's check-in and check-out times through a simple mobile app or SMS alerts. That kind of transparency builds trust and reduces the daily "did they reach?" calls from anxious families.

@samikavurmjecp That’s a great suggestion, Sami — especially for coaching centres and younger students.
We don’t currently have a parent-facing view, but we agree it would add valuable transparency and reduce the need for parents to call and confirm attendance. We’ll add this to our roadmap, potentially with check-in/check-out history and SMS or app alerts. Thank you for the thoughtful feedback!

Finally something built for the actual chaos of running a reading library. The QR attendance alone saves me from chasing kids for sign-ins every morning, and having fees and locker assignments in the same view just makes sense.
That exact combination is why we built Libron: attendance, fees, seats, lockers, and daily operations should work together instead of being managed through separate registers and spreadsheets. Glad it feels useful for the real day-to-day work of running a reading library.

Does the QR attendance actually mark check-ins in real time, or is there a short delay before it shows up on the dashboard?

@erva914472 Yes — check-ins appear on the dashboard in real time. In normal network conditions, the attendance and occupancy data update almost instantly across connected devices. At most, there may be a delay of a few seconds if the internet connection is slow.

Does the QR attendance work with any scanner app or do students need to install something specific on their phones?

@enolacunkgli Students will use the dedicated Libron mobile app for QR attendance. We’re currently preparing both the iOS and Android apps for launch, so they won’t need a separate third-party scanner app. Once scanned, the check-in is recorded in Libron and reflected on the dashboard in real time.

Finally something built for our coaching centre. The QR attendance part just clicked when I tested it with my phone—faster than roll call by a mile.

@sedanurazaaa70 Thank you, Sedanur! Really glad you found the QR attendance quick and easy to use.

Love how clean the dashboard is, especially the way QR attendance and fee tracking sit side by side without feeling cluttered. Clearly built by people who actually run a library.

@boran0uq6 Thank you, Boran! We’re glad the dashboard feels clean and practical—that balance was very important to us.
