How does the A/B testing actually work for transactional sends versus campaigns, and is there any pricing benefit to bundling everything instead of using a dedicated transactional service like Postmark or Resend?
@ayaz540061 A/B testing currently lives on the campaign side rather than transactional sends, since transactional email is usually optimized for reliability and consistency.
As for pricing, part of the motivation behind LMSE was avoiding the "Postmark for this, Mailchimp for that, CRM somewhere else" stack. I'd rather have one communication system and one bill.
How does the AI email creation actually learn a brand's voice, and does it need a bunch of existing emails to pull from or can it work from a style guide from day one?
