Ever spent hours on LeetCode but froze when asked, “Walk me through your approach”? Wish you could practice out loud without having to schedule mock interviews? We built Leo to help you truly bridge the gap between LeetCode and the real technical interview.

Thank you for tuning in to our launch! If you are recruiting for tech jobs right now, we encourage you to give Leo a try :) Nowadays, most people resort to platforms like LeetCode to prep for coding interviews, but these platforms fall short in several ways: 1. They poorly simulate the real conversational interview experience. 2. They are boring, repetitive, and make people lose motivation fast. 3. They provide no nuanced feedback in terms of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses, and what to work on next. Millions of tech job seekers each year crave a new kind of technical interview prep experience, which we are building here at Leo. Leo is an AI agent that provides the perfect mock coding interview experience. It knows the interview question and how to lead the interview. It sees your code and your execution results, and can help you debug when you get stuck. It knows every event that happens during your interview along with recurring patterns in your past coding sessions, and converts them into detailed analytical feedback that tells you your strengths, weaknesses, and what to work on next. It is exactly what people need to turn every interview into an offer. As college students who went through several tech internship recruiting cycles, we spent an average 4 hours a day grinding on LeetCode. Everyone was stressed about LeetCode, but once we started scheduling mock interviews with each other, everyone got magically better. We just couldn’t go back to coding silently and achieve the same practice effects. However, scheduling availability and coding proficiency mismatches quickly made mock interviews impractical as a day-to-day activity for us. This is when we realized Leo is not only a nice to have, but a must have, and that it had to become a reality. We would also love everyone’s feedback on how we can further make Leo better, so please don’t hesitate to drop a comment or upvote Leo if you like it. Have a great day folks!

Hey everyone! Gunje here, co-founder of Leo 👋

We built Leo to make coding interview prep feel closer to a real technical interview. The mock interviewer actually sees your code, execution output, and thought process, and gives contextual feedback in real time.

It’s been crazy seeing early users use Leo to talk through their solutions instead of just typing in silence. Excited to keep iterating and push this even further.

Appreciate everyone checking it out. Feedback means a lot right now!

Hey Mekers,
I have seen your launch day post on linkedin and arrived here. I have some observations-

1. The brand’s purpose isn’t instantly clear — “le-code.dev” sounds like a developer tools site, but the content based on what’s visible publicly looks like a training or education business in general.
2. There’s no concise tagline, headline, or CTA above the fold that says what problem they solve or for whom.
3. There’s no visible, guided funnel — no clear “Book a free call,” “Join the next cohort,” or “Get started” button with urgency.
4. Your site has thin content and weak keyword targeting.
5. No structured blog or knowledge hub.
6. There’s no visible pixel tracking setup like GA4, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads tag.
7. Likely not retargeting drop-offs from traffic.
8. No visible blog, Discord, or Slack link. Training brands thrive on community. (peer accountability + alumni network)

Hope your v2 launch will be better if you comeback strongly.

Steven Su

@antichingun yeah the UI looks AMAZING

TEDxPenn

This is a great platform! Where do the questions from your question bank come from?

Steven Su

@tedxpenn They are sourced from LeetCode, HackerRank, and Geek4Geeks!
