Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Victoria, the founder of Lemonworks. I'm excited to share what we've been building with you. We first launched Lemonworks in December 2022 to help connect laid-off tech talent with startups hiring through a matching process. We were quickly inundated with requests, and also saw that there was a lot of interest in fractional-style work. We realized that a marketplace would better serve the needs of both startups and operators. We relaunched on June 1st, and have grown to over 500+ operators from incredible companies like Google, Intuit, Amazon, Atlassian, etc. We're now all-in on fractional work. It's a win-win for both startups and operators. Startups are looking for talent and to extend their runway. We help them do both. At Lemonworks, they get access to experienced talent without the high cost and long-term commitment of a full-time employee. Operators can be discovered by startups and take on 0-1 projects, consulting work, or strategic projects that don't require them to create a personal brand to market in addition to their full-time work. We know that there are a lot of fractional services out there, but they're not all created equal. Many of them are focused on executive-level hires or have a high cost for startups. I wanted to create a talent marketplace that was affordable and relevant for startups of all sizes.
