My niece loves Legos, this is a such a great update! Can't wait to get here one of these so she can start building more interactive scenarios
As a lifelong LEGO fan, seeing sensors integrated like this is mind-blowing. It really bridges the gap between physical play and digital interaction. Does the SMART Brick support custom programming for older kids, or is it mainly focused on pre-set reactions?
Love the shift away from 'passive screens' to 'active physical play'.
As a physician, I worry about the increasing screen-fixation in kids. Embedding the tech inside the brick to encourage tangible feedback loops (without needing an iPad) is a brilliant approach.

Can I program them automatically play calming music on my bluetooth speaker after I step on them?
Just got my kid two Mario smart LEGO sets and they love them. The jumping, mushroom sounds, and coin effects are super fun. Really hope LEGO makes more stuff like this!
Ok, Smart Legos were not on my 2026 bingo card 🤣 -- love it. SO cool to see something so simple get an upgrade that keeps its simplicity while adding a deeper layer of engagement for kiddos. Awesome stuff
