We are thrilled to launch Legitt Draft 4.0 today - and I want to share the real problem that pushed us to build this.
Every legal, sales, and procurement team we have ever talked to says the same thing: "We live in Word." Contracts get drafted in Word. Redlines happen in Word. Negotiations go back and forth in Word. That hasn't changed - and honestly, it probably won't.
But everything around Word is still broken.
Teams are manually cross-referencing playbooks in a separate tab. Risk review means reading every clause line by line. Redlining is a copy-paste exercise with no clause intelligence behind it.
