Bring regulars back without asking them to download anything. Lecy is a dynamic NFC tag at the till: customers hold their phone to it while paying and the visit counts. No app, no card, no typing, no POS integration, nothing for staff to do. Each tap creates a unique encrypted link, so a point needs a real visit. Mixed feedback goes privately to the manager, happy customers are invited to review on Google. For cafés, restaurants, shops and franchise networks. From €35 a month per location.

Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Badr, founder of Lecy. My background is logistics and supply chain, including nine years at Cartier. In shops I kept seeing the same thing: most customers stay anonymous. Loyalty apps get downloaded by a handful of regulars, paper cards get lost, and every other option asks the customer or the team to do the work.
So we built Lecy around a gesture customers already make: holding their phone near the till to pay.
It's 1:12 pm. A customer pays for lunch, holds their phone to the tag and leaves. One point, proof they were there. That's all Lecy asks. Everything else follows.
How it works
A dynamic NFC tag sits at the till. Each tap generates a unique, encrypted, single-use link, so a copied or shared link earns nothing.
On the first visit, Face ID or a fingerprint creates a passkey. No form, no email, no personal data.
After that: tap, open, point added. No app, no card, no typing, no POS integration, nothing for the staff to do.
What follows
Customers who come back, on a page in the shop's own colours.
Feedback at the right moment: a mixed feeling goes privately to the manager, a positive one is invited to Google, with a bonus point.
A brand that Google and AI assistants recommend: fresh reviews tied to real visits, and an AI visibility module that shows what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude say about each shop.
For franchise networks, a dashboard per location, based on measured visits rather than declared ones.
Where we are
Lecy is live in France, Belgium and Croatia, with juice bars, restaurants and retail chains. A juice bar in Belgium went from 3.6 to 4.2 on Google in six weeks. A lunch restaurant in Paris collected 60 Google reviews in four months. A chain of 130 shops rolled it out without training a single team.
What we tell you anyway
Lecy rewards the visit, not the amount. If your basket swings from €1 to €300, it's not the right tool.
Pricing starts at €35 a month per location, excluding VAT, NFC tag included, no commitment.
I'd love your feedback, especially if you run a shop or have ever tried to get customers to download a loyalty app. What would make you tap?
