As a leader at Leapsome (yes, a bit biased), Meetings is an essential tool daily, especially with the volume of meetings I have per week. I love how easy it is to set up an agenda with all participants so meetings can stay efficient while ensuring we have tangible next steps after the meeting. I sync all my meetings with Google cal to track all history in one place.

Congrats on the launch! Sounds like a great tool for structuring larger meetings that involve many people. But how does it help in 1:1s? Sounds like a bit of overwork to me, can you share your experience and advice?

Most 1:1 happen on a recurring basis, and our tool helps you keep all talking points, shared (and private) notes and decisions stored so you can always check back on them in preparation for your next 1:1. This comes in really handy for example if you want to discuss the development progress of a direct report, since you can resurface any discussed points from past instances.

Helps me so much every week with my team. In meetings, we can quickly resurface what was discussed last, shortly talk about the progress previously agreed action items, and then spend the bulk of our time on the stuff that really matters: Development questions, coaching and discussion complex questions.
