Notion is my go-to-place for key knowledge & processes within the company. We also use Notion to run our initiatives and work. I am a huge fan of the newer AI features to help find things really fast now.

I use Leapsome on a daily basis. The features that empower me the most in my role as Co-CEO are: 1) Preparing & running very effective 1:1 and team meetings (I also add talking points on my phone regularly across the week, so I don't forget anything I want to cover in a meeting). 2) Maintaining focus on the most important levers to grow the business with the OKR functionality. 3) Working with the survey data (AI functionality to identify the action items and sentiment of comments) to build a better company and environment for everyone to succeed.
