I use Projects when I need to keep longer-running work organized, and My Day helps me focus on the items that matter right now. I find the combination useful because I can keep ongoing work moving without losing sight of what I need to handle today.

What needs improvement

I want more control over how project items are grouped and how My Day decides what appears first. More flexible priority settings, filters, and custom views would make it easier for me to manage a busy workload.

What's great

LeadMino helps me organize my leads, follow-ups and sales activities in one place. I like that.The pipeline gives me a clear view of where each lead is and I can easily see what needs to be done next. I also find the interface user-friendly and it makes my everyday sales work much easier to handle.

What needs improvement

I want to see more options for integration and more flexibility to customize workflows and reports. Some of the advanced features take a little time to figure out when I use them first time.

What's great

What needs improvement
