It was frustrating, confusing, and time-consuming—especially when we needed clarity and action the most. That experience made me realize that millions of individuals and small businesses in Nigeria face the same problem: Legal services are expensive and inaccessible Finding a trusted lawyer is difficult Legal processes are often slow, complex, and not user-friendly I decided to build LawBridge NG to bridge this gap—to make legal services simple, accessible, affordable, and trustworthy through technology. Initially, the idea was focused on just providing legal documents online, but as I researched and spoke to potential users, I realized that the problem was much bigger. People didn’t just need documents—they needed guidance, trust, and end-to-end legal support. This led to an evolution of the product into a full legal support platform, including: Lawyer-on-demand services Verified lawyer marketplace Secure payment and dispute resolution system Subscription-based access to legal services As I continued building, I adopted a user-first and MVP-driven approach, focusing on solving the most urgent problems first while planning advanced features like AI-assisted document drafting and smart matching.
