Thanks for the great comment @elke_qin! Specific strategies: - Only choosing a product that does one simple thing well (e.g LaunchOrPay is a form with some checks/automation) - Make sure it actually solves a real problem (It's simple, but it actually creates urgency you miss without it) - Get rid of all unnecassary parts (no login, no dashboard, just commit and launch or you'll get charged) Because the scope of this project was so doable within the time I gave myself from idea to launch (14 days), I actually didn't come across challenges. That said, I'm already on my next project which is more ambitious. I spent all day yesterday getting nowhere with a certain feature and it's forcing me to get creative. Whereas before I'd keep banging my head off the same wall until I got it working, now I'm trying to find creative solutions that save time and keep the needle moving if that makes sense? Really appreciate the support - thank you!
