Hi, I'm Sudarshan, a solo developer. I built Lateling after seeing how much store support time goes into one email: "where is my order?" You open the order, find the tracking, check the carrier, then type the same reply again.
What it does: a "Needs attention" list of orders that look late (an unshipped order older than your limit, or a carrier delay), a search by email, name or order number, and reply templates that fill in the customer's name, order number and tracking. It runs inside the Shopify admin, and there is an optional Gmail add-on that shows the same order next to the email.
Privacy was a design goal: orders go from Shopify straight to your browser and are never stored on my servers, and the app only has read access. It only sees orders from the last 60 days (Shopify's default for apps).
