Have you ever promised yourself just one cookie and then somehow finished the whole box without realizing it? That happens to me with digital habits too, especially doom-scrolling at night. Love the idea. (and the design) Sugar is problematic for me. So easy to spiral into regular sugar consumption and so hard to get off. For me, perhaps paradoxically, jogging helps. Not really because of the direct effects, but because it reduces sugar carvings.
