The bot-free angle is really the right call, I've seen so many teams reject AI tools just because of the "bot joined the meeting" awkwardness. The offline-first piece is underrated too.
I'm working on something in the same space (LiveSuggest.ai, real-time in-meeting suggestions rather than post-meeting summaries) and the no-bot constraint was one of the first decisions I made. Different use cases but the philosophy aligns. Good luck with the launch!
